We are emotional beings, each with individual and unique stories that, as a portraitist, I have a responsibility to honor. Portrait Studies explore fractions of those hidden stories—honest and organic portraits that, by design, are spontaneous and simply produced. People as they are—no expectations, no big crew or entourage—just a person, myself, and whatever internal thought or story there is to tell.
